As predicted, another call for higher taxes has appeared in the Tribune. True he doesn’t explicitly call for tax increases, but Jack Davis’ column calls for $1 billion more in investments in transit infrastructure.

So CTA finally got its bail out, everyone is happy, and we can stop talking about tax increases. That what you thought, right? Well don’t get your hopes up.
